Dog Daycare | Come in to see what everyone is barking about!

Our dog daycare club is a professionally supervised environment where your dog can safely run & play off-leash, have fun with friends, and gain confidence and manners while you work or shop!

If you work long days and feel guilty about leaving your pet at home or they are destructive or anxious when left alone, they can instead spend the day with the next best thing to you – their favourite four-legged and two-legged best friends! Bring home a tired, satisfied pup, instead of coming home to a ball of energy.

NOT ACCEPTING NEW DAYCARE DOGS OVER 8 MONTHS OLD AT THIS TIME

The first step to joining our Dog Daycare program is to book a Meet & Greet. The Meet & Greet allows us to evaluate your dog’s suitability for the daycare program.

We want to know:

– Do they enjoy socializing with other dogs?

– How good are their social skills with other dogs?

– Do they get along well with the daycare attendants?

– Can they walk on a leash with another dog or two? (each dog gets at least one on-leash walk during the day)

– Can they settle in a crate during their stay? (crates are used for naps and during clean up time at the end of the day)

– How well can they listen around exciting distractions?

– Do they enjoy being here?

The Meet & Greet also gradually introduces your dog to daycare in a positive way, to set them up for success and maximize the chances that they will be happy and comfortable here. This session includes training time with one of our Certified Trainers to work on responding to their name/recall cues, gate/doorway manners and settling in the crate.

If your dog passes their assessment during the Meet & Greet, they will be required to do a minimum of two Play and Train days which includes training with a Certified Trainer and a full day of daycare at a rate of $65 per day.

Intact animals over 6 months of age will be admitted dependent on positive behaviour. In-heat females may not attend for one month from start of heat cycle and must be bathed before return.

Dogs must be up to date on Distemper/Parvo (DAPP), Bordetella, and Rabies vaccination to attend.

Dogs must not be large breeds over 90lbs as we have limited space.

Vaccination Requirements Dogs must be up to date on rabies, DHPP, and bordatella vaccinations for all daycare appointments. Proof of vaccination must be provided before the appointment time. We cannot provide services to dogs without up to date vaccinations, but can accept titer test results of exemption letters from your veterinarian if your dog cannot be vaccinated for health reasons.

Cancellation Policy Daycare spaces are limited and we do fill up most days. Due to this, all daycare appointments must be pre-booked and we cannot accept walk-ins. Additionally, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you book your dog for daycare and do not show up or do not provide sufficient notice, you may be asked to pre-pay for future appointments and will be charged in full for missed appointments in the future. If you have an emergency, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We do not consider conflicts to be emergencies. This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue to serve our clients in need. Thank you for understanding.
