What is Dog Dash?

Dog Dash is our New Subscription and Delivery Program for Pet Food and Supplies!

How does it work?

• We will automatically order your dog or cat food each month and charge your card.
• If you prefer not to have your card automatically charged we can also set up an automatic monthly invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we will order your food.
• You may pick up in store when it’s ready OR if you live in the Trail area, we can deliver for FREE on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
• You can sign up online or in-store.
• Please note, only the automatic payment version is available online. To sign up without auto payment, we will need to set that up manually for you. Please visit us in store or e-mail us at info@bnrbc.ca for this option.
• You will still get your free bag for your buy 10/12 program. Once you hit your free bag, we will refund your charge back to the card on file. 
• To sign up online:
  • Find your dog or cat food in the online store and select the size that will last you at least 1 month.
  • Select “Dog Food Subscription”
  • Select Add To Cart
  • Finalize your purchase and add any details as prompted
• To sign up in store:
  • Call or email us to ask to get set up for subscription, either with auto-payment or auto-invoice.
  • OR ask us to add you to the subscription the next time you come in to buy your pet food.
