The original image came from an older cell phone so the details were lost in overblown highlights and low resolution. It was a fairly hard painting to work on because I had to create things that I could not necessarily see in parts of the image. It was a very enjoyable painting to work on though because of the composition, a very loving portrayal of a girl and her kitty. The total time taken to paint was 3.5 weeks in the evenings after work and about 15.5 hours over that period of time.
